I came to May in December 2022 after a friend recommended The Honest Business Podcast - I was instantly struck by May’s northern, straight down the line, yet expansive and encouraging nature (a blend you very rarely come across in this online world). I was a last minute signing to May’s Accelerator because I sat on the decision for a while and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into making that decision. In the past I’ve felt like I was nothing but a target to coaches, but May always made me feel seen, heard and respected.
Over the last 6 months of working together, I’ve re-evaluated my business entirely - I came to May initially with the view to scaling upwards, but over that six months she helped me realise that in fact, I could scale outwards with lower ticket items and passive income, helping as many people as I can. Which I have done! It’s the 12th of the month as I write this and I am not only booked up until 2024, but I’ve also made all the money I need to make for the month to hit my monthly revenue goal. Now I get to enjoy the rewards of the work I’ve put into this business.
May helped me see just how great life gets to be when you create a business on your terms. I truly believe I was drawn to the Accelerator program because of the women in there. This is called an Accelerator for a reason. The more time you have to implement the better. As a minimum, 6 hours a month for our 3 calls is required, plus 15-30 mins a week (at a time to suit you) inside Slack. Then, you should carve out implementation time which as a minimum needs to be 1/2 hours a week. There is an expectation that you execute on the strategy discussed each month prior to the next month starting.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES The CEO Accelerator® REQUIRE?
The calls are where the real magic happens, in order to get the most out of this program you need to attend live or be shit hot at watching the replays. Don't join the Accelerator if you can't commit to either attending live or watching every call replay, it won't be worth it.
What happens if I can't attend the sessions live?
The program starts on Wednesday the 7th of May 2025, we end on Thursday the 25th of September. First call is on the 7th at 11am (UK TIME) for 2 hours.
When does the program start / end?
All calls take place on a Wednesday at 11am-1pm (UK TIME) for 3 consecutive weeks a month, followed by a week of no calls for implementation. There is a google calendar with all the call times + links for easy access.

I (May) will review your application - if I feel best placed to support you and are confident in this being an investment that makes sense for your business, you'll receive an email with your contract to sign and a link to make your first payment. Once those steps are completed, your space will be secured and you will be contacted prior to the Accelerator kicking off with onboarding instructions.
I want to join, What happens after I apply?
There are currently no plans to run this again, in the same format as offered above - if we do run it again it'll likely be sometime in 2026 without live strategy teaching and less accountability support. If you want personalised strategic support at this level and price, this is the moment.
Can I join The CEO Accelerator® at a later date?
Yes. The CEO Accelerator® is designed for established, service-based founders. If you're feeling stuck at a certain income level, stretched too thin, want to add a new arm to your business or unsure how to scale without adding more to your plate - this is the strategic container built to solve that. It will help you to realign your business to match your next season of life, leadership and revenue.

I already have a successful business — is this really for me?
The CEO Accelerator® welcomes a variety of business types and sizes from a plethora of industries. It's geared towards individuals who want to grow their business however the starting point for that can be mixed. In terms of monthly revenue you must be consistently making £3k+ a month and wanting to at least double that, others inside may be turning over £80k+. What is more of a determining factor is you as an CEO, your own emotional intelligence and ability to lead yourself through this strategic process. If you are unsure: apply, request to speak with me (in the application form) and we can have a chat.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM AT THE RIGHT STAGE OF BUSINESS? I'M UNSURE IF I'M TOO BIG OR SMALL.
I want women to have access to a high level Business Growth Accelerator that works and is run by someone who really knows what they are doing. For certain business types / models, investing £12,000+ every 6 months into their business growth isn't feasible for a number of different reasons. Whilst I love my private 1:1 practice where I charge that kind of money, I am very pleased to have managed to create a space for a select number of business women to access leading advisory services at a fraction of the cost. Some of the ways I manage to do this is holding the program in a group setting, not offering 1:1 Slack support (everyone can benefit from each person's questions, reviews, audits etc) and having certain access boundaries in place. Now multiple cohorts in of facilitating in this format, I've seen the monumental impact it can have and it is a joy to be able to offer this as part of the work I do with female founders.
